Filthy-staff who are supposed to be cleaning and clearing tables just stand around. Food all over the floor. Disabled toilet is regularly an absolute disgrace. Seats are rickety downstairs

there seemed to be a perpetual stench coming from the bog, seemed it hadnt been cleaned in yonks. The food was subpar at best. i have ate warmer ice cubes than the fries i was given.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The team were the best I have encountered. The young man who took my order was absolutely amazing, going above an beyond customer service, by making an effort to assist me instead of just moving on. The lady who got me my order was so friendly and helpful it really makes me want to return. Best McDonald's I have been to in the UK. WELL DONE BOLTON!!!

I had come across a problem last night that I have tried to sort out for the past couple of hours.
I placed an order via the app , however shortly after this (1-2minutes) maximum I realized it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted the driver , and also the store itself to cancel the order. The store confirmed the order had been cancelled and I specifically heard the staff telling them not to make the food. I got told not to worry and the funds would bounce back into my account. I went ahead and processed another order from tyldesley McDonald?s and didn?t think nothing else off it until I had a call from the driver telling me he?s there (from Bolton)
I am absolutely outraged so I rang the delivery line and got told I?m not owed anything back even though I rang and heard them tell them not to make the food and the order was cancelled. As a customer being told the money would be bounced back , and not to worry and then being robbed of £42 is outrageous the driver didn?t even leave the food as I asked my neighbor if there was any food on my door step and she said no she saw him take the food away with him back in his car

The customer service is nonexistent. I have never seen any of them smile. The manager that has been working there for years with the red hair is always extremely rude, I walked in today and heard her bad mouthing a customer with another staff member. Not good.
