Really bad experience promise to give 4 star hotel n gave 0 star hotel worst rooms ,dirty carpet poor communication, nothing working this agent is a fraud.Took my money n didn't give proper service .The hotel is under renovation no one in reception very cheap .Don't have any facility.i can't express howI feel.dont deserve... read full comment
