Saturday 10th MarchEveryone was pushing and spiling the drinks and the drinks got on my dress but didn't think any of it just enjoying the music and Atmosphere just enjoyed the night just like everyone did went upstairs the top floor on the left there was a few people close to us and behind me. A few wins later I feel something hit my head and someone had either threw or spit or put chewing gum in my hair. It was disgusting, horrible and deeply upsetting. The security guard on that floor was no help and walked off when i was in corner upset what so ever he just stood there after my partner told him what happened and said nothing. I was in tears at this point and ended up going all the way down and back to entrance. The security guards on the door were amazing and really lovely to me and did what they could to help and comfort me. In the end the medic had to cut it out of my hair and luckily it wasn't noticeable afterwards. I couldn't be more grateful for the security and medic on the entrance for helping me and for being very understanding and doing what they can to try and find who did it.Other security have annoyed me alot said only check cctv camera but can't help other than that or least give my money back when I was so annoyed and didn't enjoy my experience atall he just kept saying that isnt my fault that happened I just disgusted how iv been treatedI've always enjoyed going out to level but this has now put me off and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

great night out for you and your friends big groups also , level has amazing value for money with drink deals such as their skint and antics wristbands, and the vip delivery is really really good perfect for special occasions.

First time at level 2 and buxton for my friends birthday. We hired out a booth we got a very good drinks deal came out in a ice bucket with sparklers! Was a great little surpise for my friend. Staff was really helpful music was great! We will be definitely be going again.
