I cannot thank Leaders enough, I had left my key in the house and had no way of getting in as my house mates were both away. Leaders travelled all the way to mine to open the door out of working hours, if it wasn?t for them I?d have nowhere to sleep other than a hotel and no access to my clothes and laptop which are needed for work. This is a perfect example of going above and beyond - A special mention to Ashley and Rosie who contacted me straight away as I told them the issue and sorted it as soon as possible!!!

For six months I've been asking here to change my shower and they still haven't solved the problem. I don't recommend this agency, when I contact them they say next week but no one ever came to solve the problem

My partner asked me to contact Leaders, Bolton as she had been ignored by them for two weeks.Difficult to deny that Leaders are abysmal.I was redirected to a mobile. A lady answered with just ?Hello?. I asked for an update on an issue with a property we own. She asked if I?d spoken to ?Tracey? for an update. I said I hadn?t and could she update me. She said she was in the opticians , had to go then and hung up!

Pay to get rent on time and it's always late. And have to chase them up as it takes weeks to answer emails.

I feel that this company discriminates against the disabled who are unable to work. I declared my interest in several of their properties but was shotdown instantky due to the fact that i am registered blind and suffer from bipolar therefore making it impossibke for me to be employed. They clearly have no consideration for people with disabilities and are blatently disregarding to equalities act. This company should be avoided at all cost!!
