Horibble food ,old oil fried chips even taste the old oil binned it ,chicken is so chewy and salty,gravy sauce was shockingly salty overall really bad experience .stop ripping people

Fresh hot food. Chips are much better than they used to be. A little expensive but worth it. Used machine to order, easy to use and food was great.

We always love a KFC and it was my own fault really for not asking if it was spicy (I'm a big woose) didn't realise until I got home and checked that I could have customised the order ?

Got the Christmas stack. It would have been perfect but yet again spicyness in the cranberry jam made my mouth all yuk. Chips were good though.

The food WAS (previously) great, but they are really shrinking portion sizes badly in recent months. Where you previously got 2x packets of chips when ordering a
Large meal, you now only get 1x packet and the packet is smaller than it used to be. In a cost of living crisis, I?m going to start going elsewhere I?m afraid.
They also forgot straws and napkins.
It?s just not worth the money anymore, KFC was always one of the more expensive fast food joints but you always got good quantity and quality food; not any more, it?s just expensive

Food was definitely up to standard but I disliked having to use an electronic menu to order the food. It was also quite chilly.

Ordered £29 worth of food for delivery via KFC app was told 25mins originally. After continually increasing the delivery time 55mins later our food was delivered. It arrived stone cold and inedible. After trying to directly contact the store several times I was just diverted to the answer machine.
I tried to call Uber as directed to by the website & after a 25 min wait I was told there was nothing they could do. Regardless of the fact that I even had the receipt that states delayed order.
Shockingly let down by two massive company?s were customer service should be the heart of their business.
On the plus side the chippy we got instead was lovley.
Poor effort guys.

Was told I couldn't order at the till and to use the screens, which were occupied and had a queue. Sad times to be human, and a blatant lie. Then had to wait 10 minutes for 3 ice creams. Then saw someone pay at the till. Why can you take cash there but not orders?
