Forgot my fries even though I ordered a meal. Woman at the drive thru working half arsed didn?t even say anything or communicate to me if that was my full order. Worker with a dirty jacket clearly visible also. KFC what are you doing? never coming back again. Atleast they gave me salt for my fries ???

We just had the worst experience at KFC Bolton (Derby Street, opposite the University of Bolton). We ordered two Zinger Box meals and a 10-piece bucket, totaling £39.97, and everything was cold. The chips were stale, and the chicken tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a while.
When we brought this to the attention of the manager, he couldn?t have been less interested. Instead of addressing our concerns, he simply shrugged it off with an insincere, "It's okay," without even offering an apology.
This experience was incredibly disappointing, and it?s clear that both the food quality and customer service need serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for a decent meal.
