Wait, wait, wait???.This has to be one of the slowest pharmacies I?ve ever been to.I only came here due to its convenient location (being attached to my doctors surgery). Regretted every minute of it.It would have been quicker to drive to Halliwell Late Night Pharmacy to collect my prescription.

First encounter was hearing a moody pharmacist, being a bit off with a lady colleague. I asked for something closest to bactroban prescription only "antibacterial cream" Lovely lady serving at the counter asked the moody pharmacist and he said no. So I went to the shelves and found brulidine and helped them to make a sale of £3.50.

Called in to pick up prescription. The young girl was very rude and when she spoke she had an attitude. Never said good morning how can I help. Just looked at me. I got chucked the tablets across the counter. Never said good bye just a dirty look.

Very poor service I called 1 and half in advance was told my medication was ready waiting for it to be picked up and when I got there staff couldn?t even find the proscription never mind the medication being ready and while getting the medication ready the staff finds it funny

Kamsons in Bolton is next to Heaton Medical Centre. It is a bright, clean and clinical environment. All the staff are friendly, efficient and methodical in attitude. As a customer I am always treated with respect.

Post covid this pharmacy has slowed to a snails pace. Nothing wrong in observing and following distancing guidelines, however people aren't asked to leave the pharmacy once they have placed their order, therefore a queue builds up outside whilst 3 people in the shop wait for their prescription. At busy time mean this can excruciating wait times in a large group of sick people. As if this wasn't bad enough, there is a distinct lack of urgency behind the counter making the wait even longer. If they weren't attached to a doctors surgery, they'd struggle to retain customers. Because they are, they don't go the extra mile. When you go to collect a prescription the first question is always a perplexed, "when did you request this?" the prescription is always there waiting, but it feels like they don't really want to be bothered to check first, so if you don't give the right answer they can save themselves the effort of looking. Pity this efficiency drive isn't done with the customers outside waiting in mind. Advice, go elsewhere
