A store that needs to hire some competent adults. Was told on the phone that they had my size in a specific shoe I've tried other stores for. So I rang ahead as it was an hours journey. Upon arrival a completely different brand and different size behind the desk and complete confusion on who reserved them. "i put them back" was also heard. Who knows a bunch of teenagers with zero customer service an hours journey in the car wasted and money lost on both ends. Terrible service.

Thanks so much to Joe for his help this evening in choosing some trainers. There was no hard sell, just great customer service and product knowledge. He was patient and answered all my questions. He is such an asset to the company and deserves to be recognised, thanks again.

Waiting 20 minutes to try some clothes as it seemed they were only using one charging room. Then the staff member ( female) who had been stood right In front of us the whole time , let someone else in a room. When I asked her why haven't we been allowed in that room , she said I didn't realise you was waiting! We was stood there with clothes on hangers literally waiting. Dont tell me she isnt use to that working in a retail store ! Have no idea what her problem was at all.

Staff are absolutely disgusting with an attitude and laughing at customers as if they are superior. Only go I to store if you want to be humiliated.

I really don't want to put any negatives comments but it has to be said in the strongest way. The changing room are a absolute disgrace. They stink ?? like someone has died. It truly is awful. If you want to try something on it not gonna happen. You can't breathe in the changing room.

Ordered Nike pro shorts for my daughter's birthday order confirmed and money's gone out of my account be able to pick them up after 2pm came at 5pm from Blackburn to pick them up to be told they don't have them in stock and my order should of been declined but due to IT error this has not happened now I have got to wait 5-10 working days for a refund or I can Chance that they might be in tomorrow delivery.what a load of rubbish don't think I'll be going here again

No staff around,when someone came to help we waited for the trainers for so long we left the shop,please employ adults instead of kids...this might help with customer service
