I had a really positive experience with Mazda Bolton 2 days ago. I changed from Mazda Stockport to the one in Bolton due to poor customer service ( I have been a loyal customer at Stockport but they were unworthy of that because they are dishonest about the quotes and they keep changing it) so decided will change MOT and service provider and I will try a different place (even if it?s a further away) so I could get clear quotes and good customer service.Luckily, I got what I want.The quote for the MOT and service remained the same and Mazda Bolton were even very kind by pushing back out the dented rear bumper of my car without extra charge. Mazda Bolton don?t do body repair as far as I know but still were kind enough to improve the aesthetic of my car.The one improvement that you can do is send text reminders and perhaps allow some leeway for delays as sometimes you?re not in control of traffic time ( even though you may leave quite early )Thank you so much Mazda Bolton- you?re definitely better than the one in Stockport and I will be coming back.
