I've been a loyal customer for years. Not anymore the delivery and customer services is an absolute joke.
Delivery driver failed to deliver our food.
2 days ringing the store at breightmet that never answer the phone. Customer services want you to wait a further 2 days. And to top the matters off of the tracker the foods been delivered yet me the customer never received it go figure.

Although I normally love going into Iceland/Food warehouse, of late I've been disappointed because I found a couple of lines that I was over the moon with, have ceased being sold. I shall have my revenge !!!! Lol, just kidding ?
