What's happened to all the lovely staff that used to work in this store. I've loved shopping in the store since it opened and it's always been one of my favourite stores. The past couple of times I have been very dissapointed by the staff and their total lack of respect for their customers.

They hardly smile. Especially towards coloured people. Don't know if they are racist or just full of sadness. Even when you say thank you before leaving, they hardly reciprocate.
