I am very appreciative of the service received by the Manager of the pharmacy. I called on short notice to get inhalers given I was travelling out of the country. I received the inhalers within an hour. Thank you very much for the care you give to your patients.

Up Until a few months ago it was an excellent service couldn't be more helpful they are now the worst ever. you get excuse after excuse, even blame the doctors saying they haven't sent prescriptions over, then they say supply issues or oh it's only just come through. Absolutely biological place I will definitely be going else where

5* service from Lauren at the farnworth store. Friendly, helpful, polite and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for making sure that I didn't go without my usual meds due to supply issues, phoning my gp and keeping me informed with updates.

Very poor ?service?, unhelpful and rude. I called to ask if they had a particular product for nausea, they didn?t and when I asked if they could recommend anything else, I got a flat, disinterested ?no?.I telephoned to check when a prescription would be ready and overhead staff in the background, mimicking a customer, unkindly saying ? .. then she says ?don?t forget my paracetamol & don?t forget this and that.. etc? very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere!
