Decent store but sometimes staff are difficult to find. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the till and at one point I began thinking no one on shift at the store.

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had!!! They don't do paper receipts, and the electronic one was not sent to my email. Then, when I tried to call the number listed, I got the customer service in the Philippines eventhou I rang for the UK. NO HELP AT ALL, USELESS!!

I love to shop around here to fill in my basket with clothes of best quality it isn't the expensive brand of clothing but best for the quality of clothes and life of a cloth remains good even after many washes. Amazing variety for the season is out and the cleanliness and shop floor is tidy as it should be. With staff on hand for support was very helpful and have a lift to get baby to shop upstairs easily.
