Harwood Medical Centre is my new GP Surgery. I have found the receptionists to be patient, polite and very helpful. In particular, Dr Ibrahim is an excellent GP. I have just had an appointment with him to discuss some medical conditions I have. So knowledgable, takes time to explain and I came out feeling confident with all questions answered and follow up requests done very efficiently. I would say he?s the best doctor I?ve seen and I?ve unfortunately had to see quite a few recently. Well done Harwood - any waiting time well worth it - just take a book and don?t complain - the doctors are providing an excellent service despite the pressures put upon them by the problems within our NHS system.

Excellent. Have a very sore calf muscle which restricts me walking long distances. Half a mile and the pain is excruciating. I was convinced there was a tear in the muscle which would need surgeryApparently this is not the case because muscles self heal.I was given excellent advice and reassurance.From today I am going to gradually increase the distance I walk every day and hopefully it won't be too long before I can cope with the 5 mile walk round the golf course.Thank you so much.

Same day appointment, high regard for my health with a full check up and diagnosis, prescription dispensed and collected on site and a follow up call from the pharmacist. All in all (apart from being ill) a really good professional practice. Well done!

I recently contacted the admin team at Harwood regarding a problem which had occurred at Bolton Royal Hospital. I was struggling to resolve the problem and was anxious and upset at the time it was taking to resolve.Sandra from the admin team contacted me by phone and listened to my concerns. I felt I had been heard and was impressed by her professional care and understanding. Within 24 hours she had resolved my problem with the help of Dr. Hill and kept me up to date on progress.Thank you so much for assisting me in a very complex problem. I feel a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders.Great service from a fabulous team. Very much appreciated.

I visited Harwood Health Centre today to see Dr Ibrahim. My appointment was on time. He was warm and welcoming in his manner. He listened to what I had to say. He reviewed my health and medication. Nothing was too much trouble. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my appointment. Joanne S

I had an appointment with Janet Hartley, who is amazing.. During my appointment Janet was kind, caring and took the time to listen to me, providing guidance throughout. Her advice was practical, recommendations that I could implement straight away. I have now heard that Janet is leaving, which is dreadful news! Thank you so much for your support and advice Janet, I will be forever grateful.

Have been a patient here since 2016 and have had excellent experience of the practice. I joined at a difficult point in my life having decided to accept my gender dysphoria and to initiate gender transition via Leeds gender services. I have yet to meet anyone at the practice who has not been helpful, polite, cheerful and respectful.There have been occasional hiccups with the NHS managerial processes but not the practice.

receptionist are great. The doctors are garbage put me on 6 sleeping pills a day how inept is that?.No communication with the chemist's that are supposed to reorder these dangerous drug's. IT'S ABOUT TIME THESE PEOPLE TOOK THINGS SERIOUSLY.
