Me and my husband to be visited the store today to have a look at options for our wedding bands. The ladies that work at this shop are so lovely. They knew everything about the different rings, options that would suit us best.
Joyce helped us today and she was amazing. We kept changing our minds and nothing was too much bother. As she knew it?s a big decision and has to be right.
As my engagement ring was looking a little tired, instead of replacing it completely with a new ring. I was offered the option of making a new band with my original diamonds. So I am getting a custom ring made with all my diamonds from my tired engagement ring. And picked a beautiful wedding ring to match. My partner was really happy with his. With him being an engineer we needed something sold and hard wearing for him. The quality of all the jewellery is brilliant. So many to choose from if you?re not sure what you?re after. Would recommend this store for the amount of help we got, the knowledge about the jewellery we were advised on and the store was well set out with so many options.Plus all the ladies were so friendly and lovely.

Went to Bolton H Samuel , to purchase a Citizen watch it wasn?t in store but the staff located one for me and I was able to purchase it. The staff were extremely helpful, and the service was excellent. Great watch, great price very satisfied customer!

I recently purchased a watch here and I have to say the service and staff here are outstanding.
I will definitely shop here again, the discount I got was 30 percent less than similar shops nearby, I'm very happy with my purchase, I now own a very nice limited edition Seiko.

Bought a nice Citizen watch from here. Staff were wonderful. Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It needed some more links to adjust the strap. They arrived within the week.
