The food from this branch is usually very good. Credit where it's due, of course. However, the last two times that we have placed an order via Just Eat, they have cancelled our order! This is quite unacceptable. My husband and I have mental health problems, and we need deliveries to be prompt, courteous and professional. It is as if the staff (or delivery drivers) cannot be bothered to deliver to us, as we're only around the corner from them, and so get off your lazy backsides and walk to us, so we can use that delivery slot for someone more important than you! Shocking behaviour!

The food itself is good - with a nice savoury items and great cakes too!The staff were helpful and efficient at serving.Unfortunately there has been a couple of times when I have visited and some items have been out of stock - which is a shame. However the food that I got instead was still nice!

There was no pies, pasties or rolls in a bakery shop. And the bread provided for our sandwiches was stale, even the iced finger tasted stale. Always loved this shop in every other location but wasn't impressed with this one. Staff member seemed nice and happy to take our order and the location was conveineint to get to but that's about it.
