Wouldn?t give any stars if possible! DO NOT USE!!! Ordered an electric scooter on the 20/12/2019 was told this would be delivered on the 23rd or 24th December, it is now the 31st of December and I still haven?t received the scooter but my money was paid into his PayPal on the 20/12/2019!! This was a purchase made on eBay so be very careful as there obviously scamming people on there. Sent numerous emails as heard nothing else about delivery or anything. Emails have all been ignored. Had to now get eBay involved to try and get my money back!!!!! This was a present for my little boy, disgusting!!!!!!!!

Avoid completely.Fraud and ScamWas told the item was new with all parts and then when received it was old and with parts missing. I was cheated on eBay so beware.

I ordered a Vax Air U85-AC-RE vacuum cleaner as a housewarming gift for my daughter, trusting the description of it being 'refurbished' which they stated would be 'cleaned', i assumed it would be in almost perfect condition. However, when it arrived there were many scratches and scuffs, it had been used with dirt left inside including pet hairs etc which stinks particularly when i unboxed it for the first time. If I had previously read the reviews of this company and wasn't so trusting, i would have never purchased from it, so I advise other customers to do the same also. Purchasing from here causes a hassle, particularly when the item arrives in a completely different state than expected, then having to return it out of my own cost despite it being their fault. Perhaps its better to spend that little more to be completely safe of trouble like this. Being a customer on eBay for around 15 years I have never encountered something like this. Avoid this company!

Bought a garden vac as a gift on 5 Jul has only just been opened not used does not work completely dead. Company does not want to know as it is after their 90 day "guarantee". This item is not fit for purpose so will have to to Trading Standards for help .Not good.

Used this seller on eBay.. Terrible company if you are sent a faulty item, as reading many other reviews this happens regular. Lawn mower doesn't cut grass, leaves it messy, misses parts, doesn't go up hill doesn't cut on higher settings.. I had to use the lowest setting, to get it to cut, but still missing grass and well grown dandilions and daisy... On explaining my experience with this seller, and sending pictures of the messy lawn, he is making every excuse not to pick up at his expense.. and will only refund me if I return it at my cost, being a heavy mower that would cost!!After reading other reviews people are having trouble getting back their money on faulty electricals, seems he is using faulty items he gets cheap and sells them on to unsuspecting customers and when they complain he blames them or ignores their emails.. one review said the item never turned up, when asking him about it he said it wasn't his problem.Yes he does seem to sell products that customers are happy with, but the faulty ones hes making good money, I paid almost full price for this refurb.. I only found out after buying it my lesson learned.His attitude in his emails are very rude and cocky and tries to tell you you don't know how to use the item seems he uses this method to rob people of their money.. Avoid this business, people like that don't deserve our hard earned monies!! Definitely a SCAMMER, A Bad Person and a terrible business... Avoid
