I came to this pharmacy today to fill a prescription. I was told it was "out of stock everywhere". This is the second time this has happened. Went to Nash's pharmacy up the road and was given it promptly. I think the nurse in the dark blue scrubs (at Gatleys) just couldn't be bothered helping. Go Nash's instead - much better staff.

I use this pharmacy on a regular basis. The staff are helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure my daughter?s prescriptions are received on time by the doctor/consultant. Thankyou!I also use the Hermes locker behind frequently which is another great service they provide. I have noticed this evening that two of the doors have been tampered with but it does appear to be under 24 hr surveillance and I have never had a problem before.

Honestly gone downhill. Never have the prescription item in stock, and when we went were told they weren't doing prescriptions until the pharmacist came back at 2pm. This was at 12:30. So they were having a 1.5 hour lunch break? Used to be convenient since our doctors are just around the corner but now have to travel further.
