Had my car serviced and motNot used my car since driving it back home.Went for a drive thisMonday oil warning light came on pulled over .Oil was everywhere under the bonnet. Took it to a local mechanic. Who said you had not sealed the oil filter properly. Lucky we used my partner car to go on holiday.

Overtightened my wheel nuts and cost me a new key. Hopefully I can loosen them with the new key I had to buy as a result but likely will need to spend £100+ getting new wheel bolts. You're only supposed to tighten them manually but these guys are using a machine which destroys them.

i originally went in to get my tyre looked at, the guy was very helpful and sorted my tyre issue out quickly and did not even charge me, this then made me book my MOT in with them the following week. my car had lots of issues and would fail the MOT. they explained every thing to me and showed me the things that were wrong with my car. Andy was very helpful and gave me a quote to get the jobs done and did the workon my car straightaway. they let my car over night and the next day i picked my car up with all the repairs done and an MOT with no advisories. they were clear and concise every step of the way and their customer service was superb. cannot thank you enough for helping me out. deffinatly recommend.

Avoid at all costs !!! Ruined my car, fitted the wrong size part, car was declared unsafe for road use by the manufacturer, these cowboys dragged it out taking responsibility and left a disabled person (which they knew) without a car for weeks on end, after they were told it was unsafe for the road they wanted me to drive it 30 mins to another location to be looked at, they malfunctioned the keyless system which they knew because they had to show me how to start it with a faulty system, ripped off a part underneath and cable tied the remaining part on and said this would pass an MOT if they did it, several occasions they told me my car was safe drop it off after hours and post the keys, their cameras are fake which they admitted in email after I requested cctv to be reviewed of them wiping the key system, all admitted in email that they lied, they?ve also lied to ombudsman ! Time to find a solicitor!! Avoid at all costs, they don?t care about customers, even complaining to the top you get fobbed off with an ?area manager? even they don?t care

Really, poor quality work.Ordered 2 Bridgestone tyres online and attended my appointment to have them. Part way home I stopped to run an errand. After I returned to my vehicle, I discovered they had fitted 2 budget tyres instead of what I ordered and paid for on their website.The only redeeming factor was when I went , to complain they did fit the correct tyres. Although they inflated then to 3 bar of pressure, where on my vehicle, the axle they were on only requires 1.8 bar, 1.2 bar over inflated.

DO NOT GO THERE. Wheel alignment done twice and the two front tyres changed twice in the space of two months, front tyres gone again( one burst on motorway), I've just took it to another garage and they said the wheel alignment is way off, so I've just spent on another set of tyres and wheel alignment, AVOID THIS GARAGE.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR TYRES, CHEAP FOR A REASON - had 4 new tyres fitted and balanced, wheels weren?t balanced right, bad vibration on the motorway. Took it back, rebalanced and the problem was still there. Took it back again, recommended I needed wheel alignment for £65. Problem was still there. Took it to another garage, they said the wheel balancing was way off. Paid £36 for wheel balancing which F1 refunded to me. They had also overtightened one wheel so the garage couldn?t get it off. Went back to F1, he said he loosened it. Other garage still couldn?t get it off. Went back to F1 for the fourth time, he couldn?t get it off and said I needed a new locking wheel nut set as it had been chewed up when the other garage tried to get it off as F1 had put it on so tight. Went to the main dealer who also struggled to get it off and confirmed the wheel was on too tight. Paid for a new locking wheel nut set to be fitted for £130, so I spent £195 more than I should have done if they balanced the wheels right first time. Customer service is non-existent. Area manager Daryl Burton wouldn?t acknowledge that they put it on too tight and blamed the other garage for ruining the locking wheel nut in trying to loosen it, when the problem was caused by F1 in the first place. Don?t waste your time and money.

If I could put 0 star, I would.I booked in for 2 front brake pads at 11am. Had three phone calls from the garage over the course of 3 hours telling me I need rear brake pads as well and then all discs and then my caliper had seized which brought the cost to £700 which is ridiculous. I told them to put the car back together and I would pick it up instead as I wasn't paying that much for a simple job of front brake pads. I was then told they wouldn't let me drive it away and my choices were to either pay the £700 or the car would need to be towed. I arranged for a recovery vehicle to meet me at the garage. Once I arrived, the car was put back together even though I was told on the phone this was impossible. They had changed my front brake pads even though I said not to and I was picking the car up instead so had to pay for that. Different mechanics were saying different things, makes me think none of them knew what they were doing. I had to pay the recovery vehicle to come down but when I arrived, they said the car didn't need towing. I have since gone to a different garage and have been told my brake discs are absolutely fine and I have more than half the meat left on my rear brake pads so they didn't need changing so obviously they just wanted to try and rip me off.Awful experience, expensive, definitely will not be going back.I have complained to head office about the experience but you can probably guess, I haven't got much further with it.

Went in for a lightbulb fitting two months ago, took it back for the MOT and they failed it for the lightbulb that they put in! Not the same as it used to be. Very disappointed with this place now

Not going to be using this garage again. I?ve taken my cars here a few times now and each time had problems. I thought I?d give them the benefit of the doubt and took my car to get brake pads and discs done. One of the worst experiences I?ve had. The so called assistant manager continuously used abusive language to insinuate how unhappy he was in his job and working a Saturday. Cursed at customers if they were parked in the wrong place and to top it off kept offering his job to customers which at one point got really uncomfortable to sit and listen to his negativity.Having waited 5 hours for a job that I was told will take a couple of hours top, I was then advised the rear brake pads and discs can?t be done as the machine coincidentally had broken. Decided to pay extra and take the car to dealership. Shoddy service and really rough garage. Definitely will be staying away. Have spoken to the area manager (Daryl Burton) who?s advised can?t compensate but will send some vouchers should I want to get something else done from them in future. Not sure how that helps, but I?d advise staying away from this place. Apparently it?s junior staff so guess it?s ok then!

I had issue with my car. I dropped and left here whole day l, they couldn?t find the actual fault. When I am leaving the car they told me, they are not charging to check the car. but when I went there to collect my car, they manage to charge £90 saying the problem might get sorted if I do the wheel alignment. It?s a very tricky way of charging the customer for checking the car.
