Highly recommendedHaving always used a major tour operator before Ian was recommended to me and I?ll never go back our old ways againIan straight away got to grips with some detailed requirements and came up with some excellent suggestionsBeing new to this and cautious we of course benchmarked this and we needn?t have bothered and were very pleasantly surprised.The service from Ian came into its own when in resort we had a problem that we couldn?t resolve and once I flagged to Ian he quickly took ownership and not only got it sorted but massively exceeded our expectations, which is really not easy to do!!Since we?ve been back I?ve recommended Ian to a number of friends and would not hesitate to use again for our next holiday

Thanks Ian for taking care of all our requirements for a short break in Paphos.
