Needed help getting car parts just passed my test and got a run down car for the mean time ! I received excellent service by Callum Degnan he was very helpful , and managed to sort everything out for me ! Give this guy a raise !

Shocking service. Take absolutely forever. I?ve waited 45 minutes before with only two people in front of me. Never staffed properly. The guy in the back literally shuffles along so slow. None of them have any rush about them. Hate going and will go to the one in Salford just to avoid this terribly managed store.

Expensive, £70 for brake sliders that are £12.50 online, £45 for brake pads that are less than £15 at Halfords.

If I could rate less I would, ring the branch to be waiting on the phone for 25 mins nobody answers, I go into the store and it's completely empty no customers & hardly any staff.

Bolton branch 15/04/25 I pre ordered 2 stock items and went in the same day. .I ordered a Allen key set and a cv boot after putting in the reg. of my vehicle It showed one choice. When I went to pick them up I asked if the assistant could he-double check if it was right for my vehicle. His
reply was it won?t show me and it?s universal anyway. .
I Pre booked in at the garage for the following morning first on the ramp wheel off etc . Oh wait the universal boot doesn?t fit . Garage was very understanding and sourced the correct boot at 25% less than what I paid . If eurocarparts are going to sell to the public please listen to a simple request and check if it fits . There is no excuse !
What should have been a simple task to fit turned into a unnecessary issue . Due to the assistants negligence at not checking the fit . Returned the item and got a refund.
