Poor customer service the male staff on today were very uninterested in helping out with a query I had about phone use aboard more intrested play on their phones so head to Bury ee shop every helpful there and changed my land line and Internet with them at bury .pity manager wasn't in today to see what staff is like .

Took my phone here 4 Repair only to be told that my Warranty was void because of 2 hairline scratches on the screen. Drove up all the way from Manchester and it was a complete waste of time! The young Male I dealt with was useless, no help at all and rude. All because EE wanted over £400 for a repair! Spoken 2 Samsung and they told me minor cosmetic wear DOESNT void Warranty. What do EE expect you to do when you get a new phone, keep it in the box and never use it. Absolutely ridiculous, not only that the guys Breath was rank and he had dirty fingernails ? If your doing face to face sales please have fresh breath at least. Such disappointing service, never again!!

We came in with my mother-in-law to get her a new phone. She had requirements and questions, which Mohammed Patel was able to respond to with warmth, courtesy and expertise. He got her a great deal and was really friendly. She left a happy woman.

Not sure whether to laugh or cry! Took my Google phone here for repair, and Lyn told us it would take 4 to 5 days. Drove 25 miles home, and just as we arrived, I got a message to say my phone was repaired and ready to collect. Super fast service by the repair centre though

Absolutely worse customer sevice from well i asked for the manager but apparently i was speaking to her lynn i think her name was!Explained to her i needed a new sim and she asked for documents which i dont have in my name so she point blanky said theres nothing she can and that was that!Bad attitutude and rubbish customer service skills wont be returning to here and i will also be leaving ee because of this shop!

If you have an Apple device that needs fixing take it to Apple, these guys are clueless. Wasted 2 hours yesterday and an hour this morning only to walk away with device in same broken state as I took it in. Apple currently fixing in Arndale in under 1.5 hours.

NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Went in for home broadband on a bargain price, only to find they?d put us on a business deal that was more expensive and included a phone line! Conned my elderly grandad, currently going through complaints who quite honestly couldn?t care less!!! It?s been a nightmare to have it changed over, cost us a fortune in cancellation fees that we wouldn?t have needed to pay should they not mess up, and left us with no broadband over 2 weeks later! JOKE!!!!

Been with t_mobile /we over 10 year but now bt should of installed on 8th June still waiting but now they blaming ee Bolton for now filling proper paperwork out EE u better solve this ASAP otherwise I be in Bolton this Friday for chat and file massive complaint against both EE AND BT +BT OPENREACH

Absolute terrible customer service in the Bolton town store! Went to get a SIM for our router, first of all the wrong SIM was given. When we came back we were told they don't do returns even though a staff had told us we have 14 days to return and on their website it says you can return if you're not satisfied. The staff was very rude and had a terrible attitude, not friendly at all. We were then told that the manager could authorise a return. When we came the day after we were told the staff "never said that". Which was a huge lie. They kept saying "my colleague never said that" but they weren't even present to know what was said and what not. This is not what I expect from good customer service. Very very disappointed. Won't ever be coming there again. This shop needs some serious training in good customer service!

The lady who dealt with us was nice but was not happy when I got home and logged into my EE account to find that the tablet and phone combined was more than I agreed in the store was told phone and tablet was 115 a month together got home found the phone at 99 and the tablet at 20 pound a month, the tablet is garbage freezes all the time and struggles to run the basic apps I use not surprised they try flogging them with a phone upgrade I emailed customer service to get the price sorted but was basically told that's what I signed for forget it I didn't even want a tabletOrganised a return through channel returns so basically got the phone £8 cheaper than online once I return the tabletWon't go in store again I'll just do the upgrade online next time
