    I called up to enquire about the process and cost of getting a replacement for the back of my phone. The staff member who sounded like a young male ended the call early even though it was a short call and didn’t give me the opportunity to discuss if I want to book this service in. Unprofessional.

    A very bad experience, unprofessional and deceitful people I think!!
