Im very pleased with the advice and helpfulness of the staff at the shop Mr Ibrahim attended to me and was knowledgeable and courteous. Michael snd Ibrahim gave me the right amount of information to help me make my decision. The computer generated assessment of my sleeping habits to provide the options of mattresses was a new experience for me . I look forward to using my new mattress next week . I would certainly recommend the shop to anyone who is thinking of getting a new mattress I was even offered a cup of tea !

Israr and Jamie were extremely friendly and helpful. I got a call thirty minutes before they arrived. They wore overshoes and took great care whilst assembling the bed.

Great service at middlebrook store. .Used the computerized bed device which was good and offered advice with regards to which mattress I bought. All in all would definitely recommend.

The bed frame and mattress haven?t been unpacked yet ? we?re waiting for the technician to come on the 9th to help assemble the furniture. But I?m very happy with the two gentlemen who delivered the items that day. They were very friendly, and I was touched that they even wore shoe covers when entering the house.
Thank you very much!
I?m also really looking forward to using the Dreams bed frame and mattress.

A while ago we took mum in her 90s to buy a 3/4 bed base with drawers a headboard and a firm non turn mattress we gave mum £800 she tried several mattresses till she found the exact one which suited her and due to age paid extra to have pull out drawers not sliding doors. They were removing the old one. We couldn't be there but went early to put her double mattress in a bag there was nothing wrong with it just too big. The delivery men told her to stay in the other room, but they delivered assembled the base but cheaper one with sliding doors not drawers and when she tried the mattress it wasn't the same firm one and has had to be turned regularly despite her being only 7 stone. I called the shop but he insisted she had agreed to have the different package he suggested but she hadn't, due to her illnesses she couldn't be bothered arguing. So be aware of what they deliver.

We only wanted a bed for the spare room so were obviously not going to spend lots on it, the staff member we spoke to completely understood this and guided us to options which were perfect for us. We'll certainly go back to Dreams when we need to replace our main bed.

Had a lovely salesman but got a bad advise on choice of mattress as it's not suitable and I can't send it back because I ended up with a discounted one ... Still cost more than my pension... Will have to literally grin and bear it until I can save for a better one.

Visited the store today and dealt with Joshua,who was absolutely bloody brilliant!! He came over a few moments after we'd been viewing the stock he explained where everything was to point me in the right direction and then left me to look. I left after seeing what I wanted but returned not long after and made the purchase. Out of all the other stores I visited this afternoon dreams was the only store which did not push, did not jump down my throat, let me look and advised me properly, I hate pushy sales people it makes me walk straight out!
Absolutely brilliant staff, all of them were easy to talk to but Joshua really was brilliant, informative and made everything so easy for me, highly commend him. Great guy. Great store.
