First haircut I've had at a salon in 9 years. Lovely experience, very friendly staff that make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% go back in future.

Kirsty and jess always make you feel more than welcome and always have nice chats why they do my hair. I always walk out the door feeling a million times better. I've gone from boxed red colour to a lovely blonde balayage in a matter of 3 sittings. Would highly recommendServices: Shampoo & conditioning

Avoid at all cost they use the cheapest hair coulor I know this as I go to the same salon centre as i do beauty your hair fades very quick they do what they want and not what you ask forThe owners partner comes in the shop who is very loud and swears, very unprofessional they sell there products for double the price they are at salon center they are the cheapest in the salon centre IE shampoo and conditionerI rang to complain my hair faded they said I could go back in and they would put another toner on I had to pay £20 for a blow dry I should not of had to pay considering the toner washed out after one wash if you want your coulour to last then this is not the place to go

From booking to paying the service was flawless. Jess took my booking and was thorough and went through what I wanted and made sure she explained that the colour expectations I had may not be achievable in the first go (I have jet black, thick hair which was previously box dyed at home and I wanted a balayage, going as light as I could), she was honest and made sure I knew what could be done for my hair, which I really appreciated. On the morning of my appointment Kirsty went through each step and did a full consultation with me, she really spent the time and didn?t rush me with my questions and made me feel part of the whole process making sure I knew exactly what to expect. The whole process took approximately 5 hours and Kirsty worked a miracle, not once did she make me feel like she was rushing to get my hair done, she had the patience of a saint. I have never walked out of a salon feeling as happy as I did, I can?t praise the staff enough, it really was an amazing salon experience. I just want to say thank you so much Kirsty for working your magic, I know it wasn?t easy but you really did an amazing job, can?t wait to see you in 8 weeks.Services: Hairstyling
