Great place for camping and sports enthusiasts. The prices are a lot cheaper than Go Outdoors but the quality of items is still amazing.

Shopping for a little girl's bike for a birthday. Present, couldn't have been more helpfully showed various different models? Prices didn't try nova sell us... top guy felt easier laying out £250 include accessories.

Brought a child?s bike into Decathalon after booking a brake check appointment on line. Ryan rectified the problem as we waited and checked the bike over. Reassuring my granddaughter that the bike was safe to ride again. She is delighted!
Brilliant to be able to bring a bike to somewhere where they have competent and polite staff.

Very rude staff, the door beeper started beeping as I was leaving so went to the staff to find out why and 2 Chinese staff started speaking Chinese about me instead of English so I could understand What the issue was.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Even let me check the tent would fit on my bike before I bought it. Nice clean store lots of parking.
