At this stage even leaving 1 star is stretch! Wife bought me Bose earphones for my Birthday, opened the sealed Bose box and inside was some cheap amazon style earbuds Not Bose. My wife went to the store she completed the click and collect and Currys store told her to contact them online. rang the number and they said they would investigate into it. We got no reference or email confirming the investigation had to keep calling them up until they sent a form through. I am not on hold with an AI agent trying to raise a complaint to which im getting no response. so we are 6 days in No Bose earbuds and £200 down and noone to help us. For such a big company to have this happen and handle this situation this was is embarrassing to say the least

Staff didn?t approach us at all. When I asked for help they all looked at each other like they didn?t want to do it and when the girl started walking forward they all smirked like they were happy they didn?t have to serve me. Then the guy approached the girl and they had some childish conversation whilst I was stood there. Never coming back!

Bought a Kenwood tall fridge from Currys four years ago, the fridge stopped working,although all lights a temp display was showing normal, went to buy a new one again from currys to be told this can happen, I found out that Ken wood was their own make, (I didn't k now that) otherwise I would not have bought it.
I chose a Beco tall fridge as I have a beco freezer and have had it years.
I paid for everything that was needed for delivery,all at extra cost, the sales man was more interested in selling insurance than anything else.
I left the store and waited for the fridge to be delivered at a certain time,(extra cost for that too).
The fridge was delivered by two very professional staff, Karl and Steve, apparently not currys staff, they unpacked,set the fridge up but said they weren't going to take the Kenwood fridge away, I said that I had asked the man in the shop for disposal and delivery, they said it wasn't on their notes, I rang customer service who was as unhelpful as could be, and was not the slightest bit interested to resolve the matter.
To say I am unhappy with Currys and their Kenwood appliances and their customer service is an understatement, I shall never use them again, neither will I recommend them, I shall share my experiance with anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything from Currys that needs delivery, your adverts are very misleading.
On A happier note 10 out of 10 Karl and Ste the delivery men, who are not employed by currys and boy oh boy ,Currys need to take a leaf out of Karl and Stes book or maybe employ them as customer service trainers. Thankyou Karl and Ste.

Total waste of time going into the Middlebrook branch, I wanted to buy a washing machine but was totally ignored by all Staff so i went all around the store looking at things & not one member of Staff asked if they could help me, about 6 of them were all standing in the middle chatting to each other ignoring customers so i won't be going in there again! The upper Manegment need to sort out the Staff here.....
