The coffee shop inside the waterstones is great. Lovely drinks and cakes, and the service is nice, and you can get points on your waterstones card for spending money on drinks

Hello! I just wanted to clarify my experience from To Good To Go service from your cafe.
Despite staff was polite and smiling, they should consider what they put inside the bag. 3 cheese toaster and nothing else.
I saw how many people came to collect they to good to go bags. So why you just don't mix and match you left over food, instead putting the same to one customer?

It's a nice little café situated upstairs in Waterstones. It's pricey but service tends to be nice and polite. Seating and tables are very basic, some extending out in to the actual store. It can get surprisingly busy but tends to be nice and quiet regardless. Menu is very basic, don't expect a full lunch but it's perfect for an expensive brew and spice of cake.

Lovely little cafe, very relaxed in a bookshop. Had a bacon barm there, the barm was small but plenty of bacon. Staff were lovely.
