I didn't feel welcomed when place my order, they didn't bother with decorating on top of my coffee as I have used my free coffee point. They just add cold milk into my americano when I did ask for milk so I got a cold coffee. I normally use Blackburn Costa and they treat me well.

Just went in for a quick coffee, wish I didn't, standing in a queue 10 mins with only one person in front, staff that rude didn't even speak, if she would of said "hi just give me a min" I would of waited but got nothing not even a smile

Probably the friendliest Costa on the area.
Vegetarian options: Always have veggie options and they regularly change. There are often really good veggie options rather than just 'no meat' versions of traditional dishes.
Parking: Be aware that ANPR is in use, just enter your reg at the counter for durations greater than an hour

Not enough tables cleared only 2 staff at 4pm. One was putting chairs up so she could mop.
The lady serving asked her to clear a table, which she did promptly.
Vegetarian options: Not too many options really. There should be plant food options also.

Ordered black iced, got black, told them I ordered black iced, got handed back black, again. ?Oh iced? yes. Still gave me the exact same drink back. Girl looked like she didn?t know whether she was coming or going so just took it . At the point u can?t do a coffee correctly where do u go from there

Get on a bay every time and have a good rappor with the security staff, can be a bit tight tipping in the warehouse though.

A visit has left me hundred of pounds out of pocket. Awful company to deal with.Costa's view is that just because they operate a drive-thru, they don't care and aren't responsible if giant potholes damage your vehicle on the way in. They were aware of the issue as several motorists using the drive thru damaged their cars on the way in and complained. Magically the hole repaired itself apparently as it was nothing to do with them and they aren't responsible for the damage to the entrance to their drive-thru caused by the volume of traffic using their drive-thru.
