I visited this store today and the service was not very good. The manager on duty today was not very professional as she said to a work colleague" I'm fed fed up with that woman staring". Referring to me. Witch I found not very professional.

Love having a coffee & snack here when ever I?m in the town centre. Always speedy service with a smile even when it?s busy. The staff are friendly and polite and the coffee shop and outside seating areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Definitely recommend to others, there?s plenty of choice to drink & eat even for those with allergies like my Daughter in law who recently joined me thereDietary restrictions: My daughter in law has nut allergies and gluten intolerance, the staff were really knowledgeable and helpful on drinks & food

I went to Costa today in the morning and was served by a mature woman named Dawn. As my husband and I were ordering, she had a face on and was responding in a rude tone. I had felt embarrassed. We waited to see if that was just her attitude or against us but she didn?t seem to respond in the same way to the next person she was serving. As a Muslim hijabi woman, I felt insecure. However, the woman who made my drink was an absolute gem! I have never received this kind of customer service from other members of staff or the staff from Trinity Park.
