Lucky they have got a 1 star, for months they have messed about changing different days to deliver my mums medication, left my mum quite a few times with out medication when needed, not all medication was in the blister pack even when supposed to have been checked by 2 staff, constantly ringing every week to trace meds, then to tell my mum not to go to that pharmacy again after ringing up and complaining. Avoid.

We had a long wait for a prescription to be dispensed and staff really didn't seem to have any sense of urgency.. They are finding it difficult to dispense complete prescriptions as some items were missing for a few patients. I'm not sure whether this is a national issue.The floor could do with a good clean and the place looks very tired.I think next time I will try a different chemist then I have a comparison.I hope I'm not judging too harsh. I have to give a review as I saw it on the day.

Good for how busy it is, the problem seems to be having 3 chemists with only one chemist being utilized.

Can never get through on phone always busy even when phoned just outside shop and only a couple of people in shop.Phone off hook springs to mind tried 87 times still no answer.
