Avoid Avoid Avoid.Missing medications and refuse to acknowledge own errors. Had to speak to manager and complaint to head office. Have now moved chemists.They never answer the phone and staff lack customer service and are unprofessional.

What a horrific chemist!! The till operator taking 30 minutes as tho she's the pharmaceutical que was out the door and the heating is that high you could literally pass out! I went to another one instead where someone can ask if you need any help. Unprofessional this one I pitty those who have to use it.

Terrible service, tried for days to get through on the phone to ask where my prescription was ????Sent an email, no response. Eventually someone answered who told me it had been delivered and to go and check! Rude! No delivery to my address!

Waste of time and will change my chemist soon I suffer with bad reflux and I get gaviscon on prescription I pay pre payment monthly and my items count has declined recently due to either the staff here not passing my prescription to the GP for approval or the GP is being lazy I put it down to Cohen's simply cannot be arsed it's a good job I don't rely on life saving medication because I'd have issues by now in future I'm going to phone my doctor for the prescription in paper format and I'll hand it in myself to the chemist as these people cannot be trustedI've tried ordering the same thing 3 times and it's sat on my account as stage 1 of 3 and hasn't moved in over a week

Absolutely shocking service, staff are incredibly rude and need to adjust their attitudes, sat waiting and overheard one of them slagging someone else off.

5 items missing from my repeat prescription. Then told i never ordered one of the items despite having it on their app confirming it was ready for collection. After explaining this was dismissed again. Phone left ringing with no answer even when stood in queue and staff members standing around.

After going for BP check on Thursday, I WAS TREATED LIKE A NAUGHTY CHILD AND TOLD TO BE QUIET!! I'm over 50 and am NOT a child. I have reported back to my GP who will be taking this further . You are not a gp. Not a qualified doctor, just a rude woman

Happy helpful staff,Good selection of health supplements, Makeup, Bath salts ect.Good parking around the back of the health centre with Good Disabled parking and flat access to the health centre and the chemist.Limited parking on the main carriageway and out of health centre hours access into the chemist when the shutters are down.Do check for opening time's particularly on weekends.

Absolutely brilliant, staff really are very helpful and very friendly and very caring.They treat each customer as a new customer and always help the customer with great service and help each customer differently, as each customer has completely very different needs.They always have time for the customer and you can ask them guidance with the medications that you are on.They check if you are on medication and see if the product you want to buy, is suitable for you and if not they explain and maybe suggest another type that will be more suitable for you the patient.They always will help you, however large or small your query is.This particular Branch is a lot better than other Branches were the staff at some Branches do not care and just sell you the product even though it may not be suitable if yo take various medications.
