Over past few months service has gotten worse. I find the staff are so busy serving online customers they make the customers in the shop wait too long. Further to this the offers they do are not restocked quick enough keep getting to the counter to find the offers are wrong or incomplete and you cant buy them. Today the card service was down and no notice on the fridge got to the counter and the girl was going to charge me full price. Occasionally when buying beer or redbull at the self service takes ages for a member of staff to hit the button so i can buy and leave. The coop need more staff here or less tasks for the existing staff its corporate greed.

Unhelpful and unapologetic when I rang up and asked where my delivery order was after waiting for over 3 hours for it to not turn up, happily took my money though! AVOID.

Always missing items but still take your money and don't offer an alternative product or refund for the missing items. I won't be using this store again has they are very unprofessional plus they never get things right avoid. £14.32 for this delivery with loads of things missing ?

This store used to be good now there is only 2/3 good members of staff , the management is utterly useless lost a lot of good staff due to the way the store is being run its a shame I can't name the 2 maybe 3 members of staff that are amazing and a shame I can't name and shame the rest , the coop says it looks after its staff and customers this is not at all what is going on in this store .management needs replacing and some staff need to go

I ran there with broken ribs to make it there 5 minutes early to get baby formula and nappy?s and they shut the shop by time I got there, I said I ran here with broken ribs and they laughed and said do you not want me go home early. This was at 190 tonge moor road. Very disrespectful staff I can?t believe co op would employ people like that who would refuse me at 11:55 for my child who is unwell. 13/9/23 10:55 tonge moor
