I called in to the bank..came out and had a parking ticket on my van..its for taxi's only said the traffic warden..where does it say that I asked..she walked away..

Absolutely horrific experience I was trying to make a debit card and it took a span of over 4-5 weeks because none of the staff were communicating effectively. I had to physically go into a branch because they kept cancelling my application although everything was fine. Still waiting on the call back from them. Horrific.

The staff at bolton branch where fantastic. They sorted out the problem for me and I am now problem free.

Went into the bank after arranging an appointment to open a fixed rate bond.On entering I was greeted by Matthew Fry with a welcoming smile and proceeded with the necessary paperwork. All work was "done and dusted" within 15 minutes. Matthew was totally professional and friendly during our meeting and would say that he is a big asset to the company

Terrible bank.
Internet banking always down.
Can take 40 mins on phone to actually speak to a real person.
Every bank transfer is held for all fraud checks ( I understand why but it's embarrassing begging to justify your transactions and time consuming )
The whole experience with this bank is awfull been with them 30 years and only the last 5 has this been a problem.

This bank is a joke with deposits there's no local bank near my house so I have to make the journey to town to deposit sometimes it's easier to ask a family member /friend to nip in for me if they are heading that way however some staff won't allow it and have been told I shouldn't have asked them if they have my security question answers surely that's a sign I consent they should call or send a text asking the owner to agree Halifax is next door and they allow you to walk in and put money in via a machine thinking of switching to them

Not happy. Problem with our joint account cards and cannot speak to anyone. As banks have a limit for how much can be deposited in a 12 month period at the post office (which is convenient since they are all closing down branches). I now can't pay money in to pay bills. Unless I close my business to travel to bolton! On the phone multiple times for over 50 mins before I just gave up waiting. This obvious move to stop people using ]cash is a disgrace. Fuming!

App doesnt work. 30min wait to get anything done. Online banking useless.... been with co op for 20 years ish. Just closed all of my accounts and binned them. Absolutely useless

Never answer phone.went into branch to close a trust fund woman said oh the check will be there in 7 days 7 weeks later & we are still waiting so angry now avoid this bank the woman didn't even send my daughters paperwork of to head office never got an explanation why so bad
