I visited this store on Friday evening about 6pm and the two young ladies were extremely helpful measuring my feet and ensuring my shoes fitted perfectly, I left the store extremely satisfied and kind regards to both young ladies and apologise fir forgetting their names.

Ria helped my daughter to find school school.
She was lovely asking my daughter all about her xmas and very friendly. Also delt with the store manager there and had a chat with her. She was really helpful and friendly.
Makes a nice change when staff interact with kids like that. Both a credit to the company.

Walked in and walked out. The selection for school shoes was appalling. The only thought I had on here was, how on earth do they pay the rent! There were hardly any shoes in here at all.

I recently went back to the Clarks at Middlebrook, Bolton after my little girl's shoes hurt her feet. Lydia was really helpful and patient, making sure we got a pair of shoes that fit just right. She brought out so many pairs of shoes getting ones in slightly different sizes, shapes and styles to ensure that we found a pair that were comfortable. We must have taken up so much of her time but she didn't rush us or seem impatient. Thank you so much Lydia!

Had a very positive experience today. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. It was clear that they understood shoes, shoe fitting and the stock and helped me to get a suitable pair of boots and even a nice bag. Thank you!

Called into Clarks, Middlebrook with my Daughter and Granddaughter to get her feet measured.We were greeted by two very friendly staff but it was Callum who totally looked after her.His ability to talk to my three year old Granddaughter was brilliant, he guided her where to sit and spoke directly to her, telling her step by step what he was going to do, how he was going to measure her feet and then check the fitting of the trainers we purchased.He even allowed her to scan her own box at checkout.Such a fabulous experience and one very happy 3 year old with flashing trainers.5 star service.

Not sure what age group or sector the shoe range is aimed at but it isn't those looking for well made sensible shoes. Found one pair to try. Hopeless staff. Don't help you try them on and check for fit. Don't measure adult feet only children apparently. Prices through the roof. I can see Clarks out of business soon.

Took my two grandchildren into Clark?s store in Middlebrook. We were served by Ria who was excellent. She listened to the children?s requests and spoke directly to them to answer and reassure them. Ria is a credit to Clark?s.

I try to do walking 7 days a week, Exercise is very important to me. I have lost 22" from my waist doing walking over the years. I need a good walking shoe boot. For several years I have bought such great shoes here. The car parking is easy and 6 hours max. The reason at this time is the lure of the sales, Good Friday or New Year times. The Clarks store is big. It has wide choice. These three interests are the major reasons why I drive there. The staff are helpful and I try several on. My previous shoes were good for, as my pedometer states, over two million steps. I got, today with Black Friday, £35 off. In previous new year sales I had 55% off! It's just my shoes were in such a state I needed new shoes ungently and still got money off.
