“I went in to buy a few cards on Saturday at the Farnworth shop when it came down to paying I had left my card at home so used my phone, it took me a while to do but the young lady behind the counter was so patient and as if that wasn’t enough I had to go back in because I forgot a card, the time was 17.25. The assistant did not rush me as I fumbled and couldn’t work my phone in fact after a lot of tries she kindly offered to buy the card for me! I declined her offer and managed to use my phone.
