Amena at the Cardfactory town centre location has always been a great help and extremely friendly and attentive in helping me and others find what they need. She?s always very hands on keeping the shop floor organised and is extremely aware of how to find the different occasional items and creates a great atmosphere for shopping in. I?m always a happy shopper at this location it has never failed in meeting my needs!

Jack at bolton Town Centre branch was extremely helpful. Needed 90th birthday balloons last minute. Jack was helpful giving advice over the phone and had all the balloons blown up and ready to collect within the hour.

Bolton branch - The gentleman who helped me find what I needed was first class. Friendly and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. Really went above and beyond. His name is Tony. The lady on the checkout was very pleasant too. I've tried twice to complete the online feedback form and it's thrown me out both times. I feel strongly enough about this chaps excellent customer service that I've written this review instead. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves from his employers

Good quality card, stationery and gifts at great prices. Why go to places like Clintons Cards when you can pay far less here for the same things.
