I went in to buy a few cards on Saturday at the Farnworth shop when it came down to paying I had left my card at home so used my phone, it took me a while to do but the young lady behind the counter was so patient and as if that wasn?t enough I had to go back in because I forgot a card, the time was 17.25. The assistant did not rush me as I fumbled and couldn?t work my phone in fact after a lot of tries she kindly offered to buy the card for me! I declined her offer and managed to use my phone. The kindness, patience and customer service she gave was so appreciated, I don?t know her name but she was my hero, thank you so much!
I go in a lot and I find the all the staff are lovely!

This card factory is smaller. They have gifts, cards, and more. The service was great. There is parking nearby.
