The coffee was as expected Nero quality. The pastry was good. But tables were not cleared after customers left so I wasn't able to sit at some places. Toilets were acceptable but not as good as Costa nor the nearby marketplace. Choices of cakes are better than the local coffee shop down near the town hall square.

Waiting in the queue for ages while both staff was in deep conversation? Everyone in the queue was noticing and commenting. The girl server looked like she'd rather be anywhere else than here(doing her job) customer service skills = zero
Not 1 table clean or wiped? Chairs and floor full of crumbs?
I would also like to add how heavy the doors are to enter, I've helped 2 couples trying to get in with their walkers etc....a person in a wheelchair would NOT BE ABLE too enter this coffee shop.....how disgraceful for 2024.....
I WONT be returning here.....
Shame on the overpriced Caffe Nero management ???

I ordered a tuna panini via Uber eats. They were out of tuna paninis and without ringing me or contacting me they substituted it with a ham panini. Consuming pig is against my religion, therefore I?m sure you can understand my anger and frustration when I opened the bag and saw what was inside. Very unprofessional. Thankfully Uber gave me a refund. Please be a little more careful in the future.

It is very dirty, the tables have become dirty and sticky, the floors are very dirty, in short, it is a hotbed of germs.
