I made the mistake of ordering delivery from here several times, and each time it's been a disaster. I'm not sure how an order can get sent out without the actual burger, but, somehow they've managed to do this twice. It turns out waiting a year between orders does not, in fact, allow them time to improve. Won't be going to Burger King again.

Been the burgerking Bolton numerous times, can always guarantee to get the best service when Stacy is working very helpful and polite, always seems like she?s doing everything always rushed off her feet but still manages to deliver the best customer service.

I ordered via justeat, I paid extra to get a fanta freeze with my meal and they completely missed it off. also the burger was luke warm at best. kids meals were both cold. tried to ring the restaurant and they didnt answer. Judging by the other reviews these issues have been happening for along time!

They don't bother filling the drinks machine with anything except basic coke. Fries were cold. £12 for a meal. Absolutely dreadful in every conceivable way. The burger was okay-ish but the cheese wasn't even melted.

Tried using the app to use points for a meal, plus order another. Wasn't working. So had to go inside to get help, useless and tried through the restaurant the Manager said it didn't work but still took 600 points. He said they will go back on app in 5 minutes. Then he told us it would be 15 minutes. Guess what next day still not on. Bloody useless. Never going again.
