I love the shop and all its products but today , i was waiting in the line for the boxing day sale and at around 8:55 ( it opens at 9) a woman opened the door and told us all quite rudely that it opens at 10 , although we all knew it opens at 9 , a couple minutes later another member of staff tries to get in the building... read full comment

I will not be shopping in this store again as twice i have experienced security following you round the store and standing at the end of the isle while looking at items to purchase now I understand they have a job to do but to literally follow someone the whole time and each isle they go down and just stand there staring... read full comment

Boots refused to accept private prescription even though they have accepted it many times in past, lady on counter told me that its against boots policy to accept private prescription. This is first time I heared this
