The only reason I gave a 3 nothing To Do With The Staff Or service All 5 ? But I Literally Arrived Just As The Clock Ticked On 2pm ? AND THEY REFUSED TO SERVE ME TELLING ME THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED AFTER 2pm I mean Come On Right On The Hour AND ITS JUST A LITTLE STRANGE THAT ALL OTHER PHARMACIES ARE OPEN UNTIL 5:30 or Later The issue Is Once They Have Taken Your Prescription for A Medication ? you Can?t go to another Pharmacy so your stuck Until They Reopen Monday

Very poor customer service, few weeks ago, They don't have time to serve me because they are talking about holidays. When I point out to them that want to be served, they been very rude, And doesn't serve me at all then! Today I came again and asked about emergency prescription, because that my gp said to do this. Unfortunately rude lady She refused do this. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy

Very poor customer service from the old lady. I came in to buy 8 milk bottle teats. Majority of the boxes were ripped and opened. I didn?t mind buying a ripped box but I needed to check whether the teats were still inside the box as I?m
Not paying if the teats have been removed. While I was inspecting opened boxes I was accused of opening these boxes myself by the very rude old lady.
I visit the store every two weeks to buy formula, I have spent close to £1000 with that particular boots in total over the years. I will not be spending my Money there again.

Here, the customer is given a really bad service. In the pharmacy section, the customer has to lose 60 minutes of his time to get his medicine.

I've been a regular loyal customer of boots marketplace for decades . Having the pharmacy section (dispenses medication) close at 2 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday is totally bewildering to me. Talk about inconvenience doesn't even come close . Yes ,yes I know about the other Boots on the other side of town. Apart from this , the staff are lovely professional & always helpful . 10/10 staff.

If I could give minus stars I would completely rude pharmacist trying to buy pain killers insisted I tell him we're my pain was told him that it was personal so I didn't get the pain killers as I was leaving told me he was a clinician whatever one of those are

i am currently having food in the market place, and i have just been to the toilets in the vaults and currently there is no running water at all, i could not flush my toilet or wash my hands, i find it absolutely disgusting that i have to go back to my table and eat food that i have paid for with unwashed hands, being a hygienic person i don?t even want to finish my food, it?s extremely disappointing, and expected more from the market place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Second time iv ordered something expensive to this store, ordered £100+ item to store for it to come up misplaced once again, more like stolen. It was a birthday gift which on the day, turns out customer services told me my order got misplaced after being dispatched, no apology, not even a simple gift card to secure my any future purchases. I asked could I simply pick one up from the store rather then a new one being sent out, for the store to turn around and say they don't work like that! Boots online, boots instore, why should it matter how you get me the item I paid for? Last time I use boots, worth paying more for better service, not dependable
