Whilst waiting for 35mins for a booked appointment a gentleman man came in for a repeat prescription he told the lady behind the desk he couldnt read /write she told him to fill out his form he has to do it, poor man sat there trying to figure out what to do couldn't even write his own name, I helped him myself he had even... read full comment

Absolutely disgusting place, my 87 year old grandma came in as she was passing the building with signs of a stroke, and absolutely nothing was done for her, not even offered to ring an ambulance for her. Zero care for health at all, just a group of power hungry receptionist and cowardly GP’s who stealing a living!!
