Went in there for a colour change and got out a rainbow and when I told her I don?t like she started being rude to me saying she?s a professional.I ve got 3 colours in my hair now not to mention I left with my hair wet because I was told a certain finish time n 2 hours later was still there and very late for work . Absolutely disgusting

I was let down by my regular hairdresser over the weekend and rang Berengers up Tuesday morning, they fitted me in for the following day. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived, Bev put me at ease with her bubbly chat. She took time to talk through what I wanted and gave some suggestions which resulted in my hair looking fabulous. I have booked my next appointment and would definitely recommend this salon. Pre consultation to explain and review potential treatment.Explained everything about product used, how the skin worked and how the treatment would work plus before pictures taken.Explained what she was doing during treatment.Post treatment, explained what to do and what not to do.Overall excellent communication throughout, polite and professional in her manner
