I recently visited your store regarding a bed sheet I purchased (receipt available). The item is covered in burrs and unusable. The store in-charge, Catherine, refused a refund because the tag was removed, even though it is defective and a health concern. She said she would only accept an exchange for ?change of mind? and offered no help. The outside packaging was lost. This is poor customer service and an unacceptable policy. Please advise on how this can be resolved.

Shocked at the rudeness of one of the staff.She went as far as shouting to one of her colleagues saying he is so stupid. This woman was not at all helpful .She seemed annoyed that I was actually asking her a question. If it wasn't for a lovely member of staff who went over and above to help me I would not shop in Asda again. So a shout out for the lovely lady with the name badge Ellen.

Went today not long before they close for tablets came to checkout close to where tablets was the lady on checkout had a right face on her ,wait for tins it tuna that didn?t scan the transaction was finished she could of serve me and others. Then just let them pay for Tuna but she said no she didn?t even acknowledge us while we was waiting moody Cow

Only 2 people on a till on a bank holiday which is a joke at 2pm ,then you go to self service where you are constantly waiting for staff to assist you as the self service machines are awful ,couple of rude staff members who don't even smile ,this is a customer service role where the least you can do is smile at your customers

Ridiculous the amount of self service checkouts where staff stand around and chat all day.Also you can't use checkout till 9am.

Quite literally hell on earth

Use this Asda mainly for the pizzas, they have terrible stock and I often find myself having to buy the toppings separately which is just unacceptable.
In future I'll be traveling further afield to Swinton as at least they are well stocked.

Asda being run into the ground by new owners. I can even be bothered to list the amount of problems I encountered on my last visit. My family always shopped at Asda and I worked for them for many years but the amount of corner cutting for the sake of profit is absolutely shocking. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work there and defend this company. Will travel further and even pay more to avoid this shop in the future.
