The staff working there have a combined IQ of nothing! No idea of processes or their own rewards system etc .. better training needed and better tills... They are very slow compared to competitors

This company has gone down hill it used to be my go to supermarket things are so expensively where as in other supermarkets you can get the same cheaper bought some peaches last week from asda got home noticed they had gone off
so binned them i bought some more sunday not even opened till monday gone moldy quality of food gone down hill

Trolleys hard to find near store entrance, prices risen but apparently inflation down, tommee tippee duo large bottles £6 Home Bargains, £10.50 at Asda. Too many self checkouts no staffed tills ever seen open.

Edit review: 27th April, much more staff available today and produce was very well stocked for 7am, doesn?t take a genius to work out that someone from head office was attending, it needs to be like this every day.This is not my local, but I prefer it and use it most days. I Find Jackie and tasneem very helpful and find they always go above and beyond to help me, especially as I have disabilities. A few times when I have been, I have encountered extremely unprofessional behaviour from a few staff members named Chelsea, Bernie and Nicola who stand there slagging of management and customers, this is extremely uncouth behaviour, especially as customers pay your wage and any issues with management should be addressed to them and not discussed on the shop floor for customers to hear. If you go early there is hardly any fresh produce and many items are past their sell by date. Come on Asda. Sort yourselves and your staff out.

Great but the self scanners need to be replaced by the staff it?s always empty I always have to go to customer service who tell me to go tell the staff at self checkout to put the scanners back on the stations which is annoying

Some of your machines at the checkout are garbage and need replacing. I always buy a pizza there that is made to how I want it, waiting time has gone from 5 min now to 20 min which is poor plus now you have stopped the sauce to go over pizza, I loved my chilli garlic sauce now nothing????Carry on and ill be buying somewhere else

This store had really gone down hill since the management takeover. The fresh large semi Skimmed milk bottles are almost always dented and leaking, the shelves don't have as much choice and are frequently empty and don't have what you want. There have been boxes of stuff left to unpack in the aisles and staff seem overworked at the self checkout, unable to keep up with confirming ID and doing other checks etc. Also the store has a strange way of organising itself, with sweets spread over the ends of three different aisles, rather than in one and things like sauces and spices are also spread throughout the store l, making it feel lime a treasure hunt to find things that are usually in the same aisle. Other asda stores are much better!
