Scam artists, brought a Vodafone 120gb mobile mifi hot-spot zte. The caants sold me a used one, data finished after a few weeks, called Vodafone and they told me it was registered last year.. Someone used most the data, then argos sold it to me.. I bought it in July 2025 have proof & paid on card, however the WiFi sim was registered in 2024. Scam artists.. Avoid the sim/wifi deals you probably won't get the data stated or it's probably already been used. Can't believe the cheek..

Went to collect an online order and the female member of staff would not give me the order. She insisted on seeing my actual Argos card, which I only realised I needed when I entered the store and saw the message. I have bought before on my Argos card and was never asked for it. I tried to show her the card details stored on my phone but she was having none of it. A bit of consistency would be good, either all staff should ask for the card or none. We'll done to the member of staff you have won the jobsworth award of the month. Well Argos have lost a customer and another company have gained one.

Exactly what you expect from an Argos nowadays. I use this Argos whenever I need something the same day and Amazon can't deliver it.
Nothing to really complain about, the shop is well staffed but as with most Argos shops it always feels pretty empty. If you need something right away then you can't beat ordering it for collection here.
There is also plenty of free parking right outside so that makes it even easier to go here.

I visited Argos today to collect a quick online order, but the experience was really disappointing. There were three members of staff standing around chatting, and another one on their phone, yet no one acknowledged me or offered to help. I felt completely unseen, despite clearly waiting at the collection point. What should have been a quick and simple process ended up taking far longer than it should have. Really frustrating experience ? I hope the store improves its customer service.

Argos as a whole is a horrible company, bought my sons presents off here and they did arrive, they left me hanging for two weeks whilst they investigated it to only tell me they are going to do nothing about it; and I had to buy doubles of each product, wouldn?t recommend anyone go here at all for any sort of shopping

Friday tea time. Four members of staff on duty. One at the collection point. One serving a customer returning a product. Two stood talking to each other. No wonder you are going out of business.

They have no staff, waited around for over 20mins for an online collection, which is supposed to be super quick as everything has been paid for. Over 30 people waiting and 3 members of staff. Very frustrating, will not be ordering to here again.

Never coming here again It says in there?s website if the seal is broken but unused they still return it however I tried returning one of the items they didn?t do it. Had to go to a different Argos to return it which they accepted

Staff argumentative and rude. Moaned at me that the curtains I was returning weren?t packed exactly how I bought them. So they decided to cause a big issue over it and wasn?t sure if they were going to let me return it? Then I told them I?ve tried but it?s difficult. They then went on to try it themselves and did a worse job then I did which was laughable?. So why pick a fight and get a customers back up when you can?t even do it yourself. Rude, unhelpful and also the girl who was serving me was mumbling comments under her breath at me being rightly annoyed. Also made a comment about the reason I was returning them which has naff all to do with her. JUST RUDE

Never had a problem with this store. Collections are usually quick unless staff are busy but these things happen. Staff are friendly and store is well presented!
