The lady just overcharged me by over £5, and apparently system has crashed so she couldn't print off the receipt. I got home and weighted 2 different type of ham I bought, and with couple of other items I should have paid not more than £7, but paid over £12. Beware. I'll be choosing a different shop next time.

This shop is horrible! I made a purchase of 38.61£ and I paid with the card and from the card I withdrew the amount of 48.61£ because that cashier changed the amount! horribleAnd i was waiting 1 hour aswell for people in front of me because there it was only one people who count your itemsHonestly is impossible how they steal ????Make sure for future people wich they go at this shopCheck your receipt in case you pay by card

I like the combination of all kinds of polish and russian foods but my only dislike is that they always take a lot of time cutting meat and cheese but it is brilliant!

Very Bad service. No choice of food. The store is not organised and its dirty as well. lots of out of date stock and saw a RAT running.
