Ended up being a total waste of time. Three visits, a good range of tiles and each time I was offered 'good deals', so I wanted to buy.When it came to buying I was told different info about delivery costs by three staff members - if I spent £600 delivery would be free within two days but if I spent less it would be £150 for delivery and up to a week. I was then told £50, then £150 again.Considering I needed tiles quickly and for a small-ish en suite, I didn't need £600 of tiles, so even with the good deal (15% discount) it would've come to around £650.My advice is go somewhere with set prices on tiles and clear policies on delivery. As it was 3pm on Sunday, by the time I had finished speaking with them, and I needed the tiles by Wednesday, I went to B&Q Trafford as a last resort.Thankfully, the tiles are decent, the service was very good, I got free delivery and they arrived early on Tuesday.

Visited on 7 November to find bathroom tiles and parked on the car park behind the mill. Did not find what we were looking for and left after half an hour.Now received a parking charge notice for £100!

Paid for tiles and my order was 12 short, they knew but failed to tell me. So back i went to get them .. 4 times ive been bak despite phone calls to tell me they are in stock, id turn up to find they wernt and that theyd have to reorder them again!!! I still have not had my tiles after a month and cant finish the job .!! Wot a joke.!! Avoid at all costs if i was you.!Update, .. 6 weeks in and the 12 tiles they short changed me over are still not in.. they keep forgetting to order them apparently as the distributor has them on stock.!!! This is disgustand u really must question whether u shud risk dealing with this awful company.! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Fabulously professional and friendly service. A decent range of tiles and willing to source and order where possible if not in store. Certainly recommend a visit. I owe the gentleman who served me a mince pie! Homemade apparently (they are little demanding! ;) ). Thank you! Jackie

5 star for services, very well kitted out store with the best selection of walls and floor tiles, Ali was very attentive and gave us 20 percent discount as well. Will be going again in 2 weeks time to buy kitchen tiles.Price wise, they are unbeatable, ample of parking on the road.Thank you for your recommendations.

After very disappointing previous visits to Al-Murad, we ended up buying some tiles from Roccia but If it was not for the sales person Irshad at the Al-Murad Bolton branch we would not have had a clue! Wow he changed the way we were looking at our selections and ended up buying from Al-Murad. I think the company should have more and more people like Irshad! Thank you.

Have bought from here in the past, but on this visit I was very disappointed. Displays very limited, choice poor and generally appeared rundown.
