Been in Twice now last time for wellies. Wanted a size 10 asked if they have it. Was told they only have what's on the shelf. Asked if they where getting it in she said she didn't know?????. Didn't check to see if they where on order. She said the company just sends them whatever they like, not what they need.????? She said the only way to garuntee them coming in, is to order and pay for them. I said I didn't want to do that as I hadn't tried them on.I don't see what difference it makes weather I pay for it in advance or not. Your shelf is empty and you need it in stock!

Picking up shoes I ordered online and picked them up at Ena mill from their Pavers department. Often go there to get my new shoes, boots or sandals.

Great customer service from the supervisor Emma who genuinely wanted to help me find the right footwear for me. I've been back again since and Emma was just as helpful and patient and helped me find a great pair of shoes. Thank you.

Helpful staff. When ordering shoes to the store I would rather they didn't open my parcel and take the shoes out as I have anxiety and it doesn't help.
